Day 1 - Arrival & Orientation

Theme: Settle. Slow down. Tune in.

Guests arrive gently. There’s time to breathe, meet, and ground yourself in the landscape. Sketchbooks and journals are encouraged. Wandering is welcome.

We open with a shared welcome and a ceremonial weaving of intentions — a living artwork that grows over the days ahead.

That evening, we gather around a long table for a communal meal. Local voices spark the first stories of the Tangle, with music and conversation unfolding into the night.

Day 2 - Convergence

Theme: Courage, craft, and collective momentum.

After morning movement in the wild — meditation, cycling, swimming — we converge for bold talks and deep panels from artists, entrepreneurs, and leaders working on the edge of what’s next.

Breakout conversations explore themes like creative risk, the long arc of craft, and navigating change in public life.

In the afternoon, the Tangle threads outward. Guests choose from walking conversations, artist studio visits, reflection spaces, and small-group “courage clinics” — designed to stretch the mind, heart, and voice.

The evening invites us into warmth and wonder: shared kai, storytelling, and music under the stars.

Day 3 - The reweave

Theme: What now, what next.

The final day opens with space — to gather, propose, respond. Together we explore what’s emerging: projects, collaborations, residencies, campaigns. Some will plant seeds for the year ahead.

We close as we began — by returning to the central weave. Adding our final threads. Marking the moment. Honouring what’s been made.

A slow lunch follows. Then departure, with a sense of forward motion and a little more courage than before.
